EL DESCANSO DEL MINOTAURO
Paula is an idealistic woman with very clear priorities. Her main goal in life is to find a movie-like love, like the one she saw in her grandparents and parents: unshakable, intense, and forever. However, the consequences that this love has had on the sanity of her family members have caused an ironic duality in Paula, because although she is dying to find the woman of her life, she also fears achieving it and ending up swallowed by madness and depression herself. That is why she looks for an unattainable ideal in that girl, a woman who can kill that fear shaped like an animal living inside her and finally live the love she dreams of so much. Ro, a down-to-earth woman who has already lived a thousand lives, does not believe in the toxicity of romantic love or in relationships of any kind. Her lonely past has made her a cynical, distant, and practical girl. She limits herself to enjoying without thinking long-term, without forming too many bonds, and without expecting anything meaningful from life. When Paula and Ro meet by chance at the entrance of the labyrinth, they will have to decide how they both face that tired minotaur waiting for them at the center.
