El Plumas
LGBT youth novel about bullying and first love
Quique likes reading, music, and boys, but the last one is a secret that no one can know. It is already enough to endure the mockery of his classmates, being the “weirdo,” carrying the nickname “El Plumas,” and feeling that no one treats him well. A trip to Tenerife will change his life forever.
What use is a heart locked in a glass urn? This story is a hymn to diversity that captivates from the first line and shows the beauty of friendship, respect, and first love. David Pallás Gozalo’s literary debut is full of feathers, unexpected twists, and tenderness.
