En esta casa
En esta casa gathers a series of poems in which Alberto Conejero reflects on the fragility and resilience of what we call home. Against the violence that runs through history and constantly threatens to destroy spaces of affection, the book builds a house made of language, memory, and desire.
Conejero’s writing creates an intimate territory where roots, landscape, and the body of love become materials of resistance. Each poem acts as a room in that symbolic house that rises against devastation, reminding us that even in times of fury it is possible to sustain life through words.
The volume includes a foreword by Aurora Luque, who highlights the strength of a book that stands against those who “set fire to and destroy the fragile dwellings of love in the world,” affirming through poetry the possibility of reconstruction and endurance.
