Sometimes love becomes a game where everything is against you, but would you accept an impossible pass even if your heart was at stake?
As soon as Axel King moves to my university, he becomes the star quarterback of the team. Everyone seems to adore him, despite his arrogant fool behavior, and I find myself looking for him in every room I enter, feeling in a way I never had before.

Victoria Vílchez was born in Santa Cruz de Tenerife, although she currently lives in Madrid. She holds a degree in Biology from the University of La Laguna; later, however, she discovered that her true passion was telling stories and ended up definitively exchanging sciences for letters. Since then, she has not stopped writing, and for several years she has devoted herself exclusively to it. She has more than twenty published novels in the youth, new adult, fantasy, and contemporary romance genres, including Only Three Dates and… a Lie, Every Star in My Sky, and A Dark Lineage, the “Love Me” duology, or the series “A Season With You” and “Before,” with whose first installment she was nominated for Breakthrough Author at the Rosa Romántica’s 2013 awards, and won the Rosa Romántica’s award for Best Youth Romantic Novel 2014 with the second. When she is not in front of the keyboard, she enjoys free time with her daughter, reading or devouring series and films. Or chatting with her readers through social networks and talking about her characters as if they were flesh and blood people. She adores summer and does not get along at all with the cold, so whenever she can she escapes to her land in search of her dose of sun, sand, and salt.
