Vida, pasión y muerte de Federico García Lorca (1898-1936)
Revised edition of the renowned biography of Federico García Lorca written by the Hispanist Ian Gibson. This biography of Lorca, acclaimed worldwide and enriched with new information, offers us the keys to one of the most passionate and beloved geniuses of the twentieth century, a revolutionary without a card, who sang of the right of the individual to their own life, their own eroticism, their freedom. Standing by the marginalized condemned him to death and, no matter how many years pass, his work remains more relevant than ever.
Review:
«The true and tragic novel of the life of Federico García Lorca can no longer be told by anyone without bearing in mind the adventure of inquiries to which Ian Gibson has devoted so many years.»
– Antonio Muñoz Molina
